Applied online and got a call a few weeks later to schedule an interview at the store. Went and interviewed with a manager who explained the job and asked basic questions. After the interview they said they would contact me if they considered me qualified for the job.
Short and to the point in terms of how you handle situations and customers. Offer guidance in what they are looking for. Prior experience is not necessary but will always help.
It was a pretty retail interview experience. They talked about what working with pets and animals would be like and how to handle that, and also just things about retail in general.

Nice friendly 3 interviews asked normal questions chatted a bit just waiting on a call back. Friendly staff and communication is important to them which I am glad about.
Went in for my first interview with one person then second with another and waiting on my third.
