I applied online. The application took 45 minutes to do because it was a series of questions about personality. Since it was a new store that was being built, I received a call for an interview literally the next day. I went in for an interview and they had me watch a video about the company then spoke with the store manager for about a half an hour. We mostly just talked about my love for animals not really anything regarding customer service. When I got home from! The interview I had a voicemail from one of the managers asking me to come in for another interview which was their way of formally telling me I got the job. Since it is a store that sells live animals I was drug tested and then brought on board. The entire process took about a month.

Question 1
How long have you been taking care of animals? What is your favorite animal? Do you have any pets?
This interview was simple and easy. The manager had a laid back atmosphere. Straightforward interview with usual questions. Took about thirty minutes to finish and it was only one interview.
Managers are very nice but pay isn’t great. Interview was very easy. Great place to work, but hard to live off of the income they offer. Have to have a love and passion for animals

Interview
Interview with store manager, asked standard interview questions, including scenario questions. Interview took about fifteen minutes or so. I was offered the position on the spot. Overall it was the typical standard interview.
