Walked in with my resume, met the GM, and scheduled my interview for the next day. Started training 2 weeks later. The menu test was the most difficult menu test I've taken. Answers change depending on who is in MGMT at the time, but they required me to know about 40 different dishes and how to prepare them essentially--written of course--with the ingredients.

They illegally make you work a stage shift which is a fancy word for working interview. They don’t pay or give a free meal, which is illegal in the state of Texas.
