Sent a letter of interest, after a response from Dino Citraro expressing interest of my joining the company, we met for an hour and three months later he reached out and offered me a position.

We are constantly in search for talented, smart team members. This sometimes means timing might not completely align between interview and placement. We do our best to snap up talented people as they become available, but we're also a boutique firm and have to be fiscally cognizant as well.
