The first round was just with HR. I had a referral and she told me that was a good thing because they first consider family and friends that they know well.

The first round was qualitative. It was mostly behavioral and scenario based. I was asked to describe a time I was put under pressure and what I did as well as how I reacted.

Had a call with HR and then the hiring managers. In the end, I got ghosted, although I was told that I most likely had it. Very poor communication, nothing new for banks.
