Performance Home Medical interview questions

Scattered process that felt rushed and frantic. Phone interview that seemed almost desperate. Follow up interview was online with more stakeholders and was a bit more put together but seemed mostly geared towards understanding how hard I would work for the company, if I was willing to work outside of the 40 hour work week and be on call for after hours work.

Very welcoming and encouraging and it was an easy experience go with the flow conversation like rather than a structured interview. Glad I had a good expierence it helped guide my way into the work space.
