There is a three stage interview process including a role play exercise. The atmosphere friendly, professional but the interviews themselves are challenging.
The turnaround time is really quick and feedback is given regardless of if you are successful or not.

Interview
Intro call with HR, followed by additional interviews and a take home assignment. Take home then discussed with a group of team members. All virtual interviews via Google Meet. Took about a week to schedule initial conversation.

Initial interview was just about “culture fit” and I was told straight up that I would not be asked questions about my experience. I’m not sure how you can be rejected when no questions were asked about my background or fit for the role. I asked several questions about how their current customers receive the product and the answers were vague. Apparently there is no product roadmap, which is a red flag for any company. I would not recommend even applying to work at a company that seems to have no direction or strategic vision.
Long Interview Process and they follow the STAR method to a tee. I did not go further because I did not answer the STAR method the way they wanted. I feel the STAR method is helpful but not does give you the option to answer in your own fashion while protecting your former employer's integrity and confidentiality
