Very disjointed process, which only involved the recruiter. Received an email (Monday) requesting my availability for the next 10 days. Provided my schedule (Tuesday), to no response. Sent a follow-up on Friday, and received an Out of Office reply. Received an email the next week requesting a day to chat. Talked for 20-30 minutes with the recruiter, discussed background and high level position information. Sent a follow-up email roughly 3 days later to the recruiter, and received a rejection email the next week.

Very conversation, mainly behavioral questions. Really trying to get to know you as a person and how you can speak to your past experiences rather than grilling you on technicals

Filled out online application was contacted by recruiter, they scheduled my interview with management. Had my interview with management and was offered the position. Not sure if that was typical but it was a very quick process.
