I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward and not overly difficult. Most of the questions were behavioral, so be prepared for a lot of “Tell me about a time when…” and “How did you handle…” type questions. As long as you have a few solid examples ready from your past experience, you’ll be in good shape. Overall, a smooth and professional experience.

Question 1
How do you build relationships with difficult customers?
Pretty typical interview, will ask about your plans for the future and where you see yourself in a few years. Be prepared to have an in-depth answer, not just about were you would be in the company, but where do you see yourself generally.

Question 1
One challenge you have faced in your previous position and how did you handle it?
I applied online. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Jackson, TN) in Sep 2025
Interview
Decent interviewer with normal interview questions you would expect from a large company; apparently it’s customary for them to not let you know, as would be expected from a reputable establishment, if not only as a courtesy, whether you were their choice or not. Note to whomever with the company may see this… show a little professionalism and reach out to candidates either way.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a difficult task or deadline to meet… how did you achieve it?
It was a brief interview that lasted around 15-20 minutes. The interviewer was friendly and created a smooth interviewing environment. The questions were pretty much what you would expect, and it didn't feel like they were trying to "trick" you with any.
