I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
Basic star approach, honestly depends on who is interviewing them and how well you get along. Try to be as vibrant as possible, culture is something they prioritize. Make sure to provide context, a scenario, what you resolved, and most importantly, what you learned from it

Question 1
tell us a little bit about yourself? how do you resolve conflict? where do you see yourself 5 years from now? why pepsico?
Took a while for them to get back to me (17 days from my first interview to second round.)
Overall fairly simple process, was conversational and basic behavioral questions that aligned with the job description.
Fairly easy; only behavioural questions were asked. HRs are pretty kind and friendly. They love to have more students join in and spend longer than 4 months in one location, so they can get more experience.
Only 1 interview, STAR-based questions, and very straightforward if you do your research beforehand. Not anything too crazy, and if you look at other reviews, they can give you all the questions they would ask.

Name a time you were given criticism, what did you do with it?
