Two rounds of interviews. The first was with CFO and the second was with the CFO and the GM. It was mostly easy conversational questions about job history, experience, etc.
I went through three rounds of interviews, and the overall process was very positive. The recruiter was extremely nice, supportive, and communicative throughout, which made the experience feel smooth and comfortable. I also had really good conversations with the team, and those interactions gave me a strong impression of the firm’s culture and people.
I ended up joining the firm afterward, and it turned out to be a great experience. I learned a lot, worked with strong colleagues, and genuinely enjoyed my time there. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend the firm to others.
Er was een redelijke snelle reactie op applicatie. De prodecure bestaat uit 4 duidelijke stappen : een gesprek met de recruiter, een gesprek met de hiring manager, een business case en een gesprek met een stakeholder. Je moet ook een verbale en een numeriek test afleggen.
