interview was a bit uncomfortable with the interview not allowing me to settle by not personalising myself with the interviewer. I don't think their process allowed me to show my best self

Phone screen followed by 2 interviews that you schedule. Both interviews were pretty informal, and I was told I would hear back the following week. However, I didn’t hear anything for about a month. Average interview experience.

Smooth, comfortable, cared about my background history and my expectations. They asked behavioral questions mostly to see that I would be a good fit. No real technical questions as this is a sales role.
