Interview
Extensive interview process. After you submit your application you may be invited for an on campus interview, you will go through multiple recruiting socials and events, then a second on campus interview. If all goes well, they will fly you to your region's headquarters for a set of 3 two on one interviews (2 employees and you).

Interview
Interviews started with a phone call, then a route ride followed up by a interview after the ride along. A personality test was also administered online. The questions were straightforward and concise in both the test and in person.

Long, comprehensive, but definitely worth while. They really look at you as a sales person and human from many different angles. Make sure to have your answers thought out. They do not like "um's"

There are 3-4 stages. Pretty intense process. Lots of behavioral based questions. Be ready to show your genuine passion, as they only hire 10% of applicants so you have to be ready to make yourself stand apart.
