My experience started off positive. I met with a recruiter who quickly moved me through the process. After spending 10+ hours participating in a writing test, personality assessment and 4 interviews, I was told I would be notified if I got the job. I followed up a week after and was told I’d receive an update shortly. Two weeks later, I followed up again — I already had another opportunity lined up, but wanted to respect the fact that I had an open thread with Pepsi — and was told in a brief email I didn’t get the position. I take a big issue with organizations that demand a large time commitment from candidates but do not respect their time in return. Extremely disappointing, especially from a company like PepsiCo.
