My GD topic was 'Smart Work vs Hard Work'. Interview was about the projects you mentioned in your resume.Basics of Mechanical Engineering. Team was very interactive right from the Presentation till the interview, was a nice experience.

Interview
The interviewers made the interview process very comfortable and friendly. The interview process was mostly like having a conversation with a peer. Mostly resume based and behavioral questions were asked.
Applied through University, 1st round is coding round, got selected. 2nd one is Technical , done well too. Last is the HR round, this where i haven't performed well. Should have done better in this HR Round.
It totally depends on the interviewer.First round can be technical or a normal discussion. There are 2 rounds.First round is explaining about our projects and going through our resume.Second round is HR.
