I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo (New York, NY) in Mar 2014
Interview
Very enjoyable, organized, and efficient. Took a bit longer however! I had interviews initially with HR via phone, Skype interviews, and in person as well. I would be prepared to have many stories to back up the questions asked, this seemed to be the most beneficial. Prepare and research the company, product, and current initiatives.
