It was a series of 3 individual interviews. The first interview is an initial HR Screen. The next interview is a panel interview with the leadership team. The third interview is with the Plant Manager

Interview process is pretty simplified and team is very supportive as they planned my interview session in line with my availability. Once i cancelled the interview due to some personal emergency but they accommodated me. Kudos to the Hiring team.

Question 1
What are the top 5 leadership skills & which skill you find difficult ?
Very long process. Started with phone interview with Plant Director. Then a panel of zoom interviews with HR, Plant Director, and other department managers. Then more follow up interviews with Regional Quality Manager and Plant Directors from other facilities. Majority of interview questions were STAR format.
