I had an on-campus interview at my college with two interviewers. One was a manager who started in a position similar to the one I was interviewing for and the other was a recent grad in a similar position. Overall it was positive and had typical questions, but I did not receive an offer.

Saw the add on indeed.com, applied on the Pepsico website, the next day I was invited to choose an interview date and time. When I arrived everyone was welcoming, it looked like everyone loved their jobs. I was called back to interview with 2 people, they told me the interview would be based off of the STAR Interview Method. They each asked about 6+ questions each and at the end they told me I had to go through another interview similar to that one. I got called back to interview with 2 other people and they asked the same questions. They told me since it was a high volume of applicants i could expect to hear back within 4 to 6 weeks! After the interview you go on a tour of the facility and that’s it

Applied through school career center website, notified through the same website that I had been selected to interview. Consisted of 2 people one HR and another Manufacturing manager type. Almost entirely personality based question, they were basically reading the questions right off their laptops. They were friendly and at least had the courtesy to send me an email informing me that they were not interested in moving me forward in their hiring process
