I applied through university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Long process. Took me 2.5 months to get through it all. Started with a phone call, and after you pass that basic screen, you take an online aptitude test. After you pass that you meet with managers at the zone level, followed by the regional level if you make it.

Very straightforward zoom interview fairly early in the day. It's supposed to last about 45 minutes to an hour, but can go over if the conversation is positive. You're asked 5 standardized questions. Make sure you use the STAR method.

Question 1
Name a time you thought you had a good idea, but were faced with feedback and had to change.
Simple and easy process they took the time to answer all questions. It was painless and they communicated effectively. It was a two week process and they let you know what to expect. I enjoyed they conversation and they details of the role.
Very straight forward with questions that try to get to know you more as a person. They are making sure you are the right fit because a lot of people quit.
