I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Williamsport, MD) in Feb 2013
Interview
The process is rather long and takes a while from start to finish but isn't anything unusual or out of the ordinary. For a technical position they require that you complete a technical assessment before you get to interview with the hiring manager.

Question 1
Nothing unusual or too difficult just pass the assessment for a technical position first then it's like any other interview
Folks were kind enough during the interview. Standard questions, no surprises. Definitely need to know the exact names of products if referencing anything, saying you like blue Gatorade blue might annoy some there.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
Submitted resume through campus career fair. Moved on to 20 minute on campus behavioral interview with HR rep. Did not make it to second round. Interview wanted STARS method of response.

I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Gainesville, FL) in Sep 2017
Interview
I applied through my university and was selected that week for an interview. I went into the interview in a large room with many other candidates being interviewed and had two interviewers. I was asked a series of behavioral questions and the interviewers were one experienced employee and one previous intern. Very friendly throughout the process, but I felt that the position wasn't right for me.
