Interview
One in person interview held on campus, it was fairly easy and focused mostly on behavioral questions. I spoke to an HR representative & a manager. The interview was relaxed and it gave me good vibes.

Interview
The interview was very simple. I sat down with a member from the Pepsi Beverage side and a member from the Frito-Lay's side. The questions were more personality and experience questions and less technical questions.

standardized questions. multiple interviews. first interview was in front of a small panel. subsequent interviews were one on one. most interviewers relied on standardized questions. It did take about six months between first interview and my actual start date.
