Internal interview with a hiring manager and 2nd level manager. The process was working through a recruiter to screen candidates, then setting up 1 or 2 interview times with hiring manager/executive.

5 stages interview, usually includes, HR interview , Job manager interview , Job manager+ level, peer interview and functional interview , all can be done over 2-3 visits/ video calls . The average time is 45 to 60 seconds
