It is very friendly. and smoothly. They have 7 people with 3 group for interview me, it takes almost 1.5 hr. They are very respectful to me. Love PepsiCo's culture. They will ask you some basic questions and ask you related experience. Deep into your resume and ask you how to handle some different situations in which may happen in your work environment.
