The phone interview process was easy. They asked a few STAR type behavioral questions and gave a lot of information about the position. The interviewer was very nice and straight forward about the position. This position was not the right fit for me at the time. I found out that they were looking for an immediate hire, I was still attending college and finishing up my degree. They were not looking to fill this position in a few months and were not looking to be accomodating with my school schedule. I put my available start date on the application that was submitted.

Met Pepsi HR rep at a job fair and left my resume. Received an email 5 months later asking if I was interested in an interview. Within 2 weeks of email contact I had an interview setup. When I arrived I discovered I was interviewing with 3 different people separately. Took about 2 hours. Then scheduled for a second interview with the director at a different location. Lasted about an hour.
