The hiring process had 3 stages, an initial screening assignment (Fullstack, MERN), and two interviews after that. The HR manager (Vidya) was very polite and quick to arrange interviews and handling queries and concerns. The first interview dealt with basic JavaScript & React questions, a small coding task and theoretical questions. The second interview was with the team lead, again had a small coding task in React, and mostly project based questions. Got time to discuss the product and get insights from the team lead at the end too. The whole process from the screening assignment to offer letter took less than two weeks, with constant contact from the HR.
