Pepco Holdings interview questions

It was casual and very pleasant, it did not last too long, for only 15 minutes, enough to learn that i have all the necessary skills. I enjoyed talking to them and they were respecfull even when i declined the job because of low pay and time management.

One hour panel interview using STAR Method. I was given a few situations where I had to say what I would do using the STAR Method. The interview was very straightforward and the panel was straight to the point. They gave me a rundown of the job before I even began the interview which was helpful towards the end when you usually ask questions.
