People Inc. (NY) interview questions

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an initial phone interview. On the day of the interview, the recruiter asked to reschedule, which I accommodated. We confirmed a new time via calendar invite, but I never received the call and did not get a response to my follow-up emails. About a month later, I received a generic rejection email. The lack of communication and follow-through made for a disappointing candidate experience.

The recruiter for my scheduled interview was a no-show 2x. I followed up on the no-show after the originally scheduled interview - the recruiter apologized for having an issue with her calendar and offered to reschedule. I rescheduled and confirmed via e-mail, however the recruiter did not call for the 2nd scheduled interview. I did not follow-up after that.
