Interview
I was first contacted by a recruiter outsourced by the company. After my qualifications were reviewed by the recruiter I interviewed with the senior manager over the phone, then was flown out to interview with him and another team member face to face. My last interview was with my manager over the phone. I would have interviewed with him face to face but he was out when I was flown in.
