I have actually never interviewed with a company where the recruiter was as interested in selling the company to me as I was in selling myself to the company. It was really refreshing, since most recruiters, during a preliminary phone interview, ask only canned questions and aren't all that interested in filling you in on company details.

Question 1
The hiring manager asked very difficult, technical questions to which he expected very specific answers. I was not expecting that kind of detail during a first round phone interview.
