Interview
Typical 30 minute phone interview, not as many behavioral questions as I expected. Then they called back about a week later to schedule an in person interview. They had me meet with an excessive amount of people who all had different sets of questions. Half of the people definitely did not want to be in the interview.

Very detailed and lots of people asking questions. First round was 4-5 people and each part of a different department asking questions relative to them. Very thurough and detailed. Professors to administration and current interium HR person.
