Pella Regional Health Center interview questions

Mine was unique as I was out of state. It consisted of two phone call screenings. Very laid back more of a personality screening really. After those two calls I received another one to offer me the position.

Easy with good questions, made to feel complete with laughter and the ability to relate. Got back in a reasonable amount of time. Answered questions appropriately. Process was more about interviewing each other to ensure a good fit.
