The Worst Interview experience in my 8 years career. This company as well as its employees thinks they are very great and they like to play with valuable time of others in the name of interview. The interviewer asked me a single question, It was little difficult and I tried and gave my logic, but he was looking for exact code right there. I tried to right the code but once case it was failing one test scenario. Again he was not moving out of that question, he was still asking me to write the code. When I said after some time of thinking the logic to move on to next question he said I am done with the interview and sent me back with the same word "HR will get back to You".
If any one going there for interview I would like to suggest him/her don't waste your valuable time. They don't value any one. They don't hire, they like time pass just in the shake of their company's advertisement.
But my question here to the company Pega System and their employees is "How come you will get to know the strength of a candidate in a single question. One cannot judge a person with a single question, Not sure every employee of Pega has been given some spiritual or magical power by the company. If you don't want to hire and just want to advertise your company, don't waste others time by calling them in the name of interview. May be you have much time to waste after getting success of one product but others(We) don't have time to waste for the company like you who don't value others time. Even if the candidate tried to answer you should guess his analytical skill and to know more, move on to next questions. May be you are so much talented or you are thinking yourself as Vivekananda according to your Ego shows, but still you don't have right to waste others time. If you are calling people for interview screen them properly, value their time, ask more questions to know the candidate better."
