Timeline for my process from applying, phone screening interview, interview with coordinator, shadowing, to Job offer: - 08/12/24 I applied on their website. - 08/15/24 I received an email response thanking for application and to answer questions I listed below. - 08/15/24 Asked about pay range, once you move past that the process is pushed along. - 08/16/24 Emailed to schedule phone screening interview. - 08/19/24 Phone screening interview with recruiter. Was very easy, quick, the recruiter was very nice! - 08/21/24 Virtual Interview with Site Coordinator. It was easy, to the point, site coordinator was nice, answered all questions. - 08/26/24 Optional In person shadowing to learn more about the hospital I would be working at. It was nice to see screeners in action. I was able to see two screens. Very simple set up, most of the screens were pretty quick. The staff were helpful in explaining the process. - 08/29/24 Emailed, and Asked to update Application on the Pediatrix actual site, not the “icm” website. - 08/29/24 Offered the position & to sign the offer letter.

It was easy it was only a video interview where the lady basically described the job and offered it to me. The longest part honestly was the pre training before hand
