Pebbles Care interview questions

I was selected for the interview and was really very excited, They asked me for the convenient time slots, but the recruitment team got silent for 5 days after that and their email box was full. I called and emailed both company and the recruitment team particularly, using the contacts from the site, but the phone was always busy. Then I missed one call from the rectuiter and got the voicemail, asking to call them back. But I didn't get any written reply with the explanation, why it had happened like that. There must be some reason, and as was shortlisted, I think I could receive some answer. So I cannot tell anything bad about the company business or people, but the recruitment process is a bit of a mess there.
