Interview
Interview process is not very slow. We have two rounds of interviews, first round we gauge your abilities and if we select you for the next round, we typically give you an assignment which can be completed within two days and then we schedule the second and final interview. If you get through the second interview and your assignment is satisfactory, we typically give the job offer within 48 hours of the second interview and if the candidate is available to start immediately, we get them started as early as the next business day! With regard to salary, not sure what knowledge you have about what we pay, cause you have never worked at our company according to our records. Please clarify your allegation about salaries...
Great, interactive, in person and questions were not too difficult. Duration was 3 hours, it started with group case study, then 1 to 1 behavioural questions. Location was their London office.
One interview with line manager. It’s more like a conversation about what’s in your CV and what kind of person you are. It was more interested on the influence I can bring and what changes or something new I can contribute to the team.
