Received an automated invite from HR to a recorded video interview through Montage. There are six questions on your screen and you film your responses, excepting for a couple multiple choice and typed answers. Also had to film an intro - I kept that to 90 seconds and treated it like a verbal cover letter. They have a notepad app you can use for reference while you're recording. You could re-record as many times as you wanted; there was also an option to record on your own and then upload the videos to Montage. Once you enter the "interview room" you can stop and start as often as you want but you have to submit it within 48 hrs. They also asked me to upload my resume.
