Was referred by a friend. Quick email exchange with resume submitted and link to companies job portal received. It took about 2 hours to complete the online app as they asked for detailed info over a long period of time. I was to have a follow up onsite with a manager. The HR guy didn't bother to let me know they hired my former admin for the job so complete waste of time. Very poor communication skills of HR guy.

3 interviews not very complex. The process of recruitment is very fast. The first interview is with HR, if you pass then you have one with your manager and finally with the director of the departement
