Interview
Two rounds of interviews, offered a job the evening of the 2nd interview. The tone of the questions was overwhelmingly negative (ie: what would you do in this bad scenario? How do you handle bad volunteers? How do you handle disagreements with coworkers?) in the first interview, which was a red flag but also made the interview stressful. The second interview was a breeze and seemed like a formality.
