I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Pearl Capital Rivis Ventures (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
Overall process was normal . Spoke with HR for 30 min . Later on a call with the SVP of Finance. In person meeting a week or so later. I understand that this is NYC and there are probably many applicants, but those who take time from their day to come in for a meeting deserve a response either way. Especially from a company this size.

Interview
I sent in my resume and within a day or two I was called in for an interview. The person who interviewed me was really nice and made me feel comfortable instantly. He explained the job and what the company did (which was basically a romanticized version of the bad stuff I had read online while doing my pre-interview research), but over all it didn't exactly feel like an interview it felt like i had already gotten the job.

Question 1
This job is very singular and repetitive and can get pretty boring, would you see yourself staying in this position even though it can be a boring job to do?
