Friendly discussion of the values of the company and what the experience would be like. Mostly fair warning of the demands required. Warning that carelessness can kill someone in this profession so take it somewhat seriously, but you do not have to be overly dire.

Interview
Standard interview questions and format. Hiring managers are located in Oregon not at St. Josephs so they never actually meet the interviewees. Their decision is based on written information from the interviewers. There were two managers who interviewed me, which ended up being my immediate supervisors. Also, I wore a suit and I felt as if I had overdressed for the interview.
