Payment Alliance interview questions

Did not get any reply from employer (= Not selected) after phone screening interview so not sure about further rounds. In phone screening they asked common questions not any technical.

1st interview was culture fit & some behavioral questions with the director. Went pretty smoothly. 2nd interview was a resume quiz. Just went through the tech stacks that were listed and asked higher level software engineering principles and ideas. This was more of a discussion guided by what was listed on the resume. After 2 weeks, I followed up but was ghosted. Aside from getting ghosted the interview process was fairly normal. If anyone from API reads this, please be more professional and let your candidates know when they are no longer being considered for a role.
