Believe the reviews about this company ghosting candidates. Initially, the interview process for this company was great—highly responsive, interview prep notes, and everything else you would want. After a month-long process and 4 interviews, my assigned recruiter ghosted me following my final interview. I followed up multiple times with no response. I understand that I may not be the right fit, but an HR software company should have the decency to communicate with candidates who have had to spend hours going through the process.
