Interview
It was fine for first 2 rounds. Second one was literralry dumb. The first was good and were related to the role. He was not in a good mood and despite giving up in 40mins he didn't change the topic.

Nth node from the list. Multiple software engineering concepts Seoncd round - Despite answering, Median from multiple list he couldn't get.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PayU (Mumbai) in Aug 2022
Interview
Applied on Instahyre and third party HR contacted. Did 15 minutes phone screening and shared JD over mail.
1st round got scheduled and it was simple DSA round.
After 2 days got confirmation that 1st round was cleared and 2nd round was scheduled for next day.
2nd round was LLD round. Interviewer just pasted question on some editor and told to code in IDE and paste classes over same editor.
After 2 days got confirmation that 2nd round was cleared.
For 3rd round which was to be taken by PayU hiring manager, due to some company policies they told that 3rd round can be taken only after you are released by first company. So the wait begins..
After release from previous organization now PayU is saying they have freezed hiring for the mentioned position. By doing so I had to reject potential companies just to delay the joining date.
Worst experience from hiring team.
Completely ghosted by HR
Apart from the first technical interview everything in the process was not good.
Company has startup culture where they expect very much from the candidate. Though this was made clear in the managerial interview.
The HR team especially is very forceful when it comes to convincing candidates. They are obsessed with the company and they belittle every other company. Beware while you are talking to them.

Be clear with HR first for the Role they might waste your time after saying we were expecting different tech stack people for this role.
Round 1 : Basic design discussion and 3 coding question were given.
A.Find loop in LL
B.Find the max chain in array (Leetcode medium)
C. Leet code medium only
Round 2:
Went through projects and given design a scheduler
Round 3: You will have final round with less experience engineering manager (We don’t believe in British education system and political talk from him ) .He will just waste your time by asking question.
