Had a typical phone screening with the recruiter and then a phone interview with the technical lead. Probably one of the most bizarre interviews I've ever had. The interviewer hardly even asked questions; he sounded nervous to even be talking on the phone. I talked a little bit about my background and that's about it. He struggled to even carry a conversation. There was zero follow-up of any kind. Unprofessional and weird.
