Pavilion Financial interview questions

My interview process was detailed yet not overbearing. And there was non judgemental feedback asked for at the end that appreciated. In the end both sides had mutual expectations and I felt like it was a good fit to join the company.

I was brought into the office to meet with the Director of HR and the Finance Manager for the position. They were very friendly and asked many questions. The process was just starting so they will not be making a decision for at least 3 weeks for who they will hiring.
