The interview was not systematic in terms of questions . The interviewer constantly was asking me if this is what I wanted to do -given the role change.
She said I would be called for a technical interview - never heard back anything from the company thereafter- not even an email stating they have filled the position or so forth.
The lady who did phone interview was half hour late in calling and was rude

3 canned interview questions. The Interviewer was not interested in the interview, seemed bored, no enthusiasm. Was told the approximately salary which was less than market value. I asked if there was room for negotiation on salary, benefits or vacation schedule. Was told vacation schedule is 2 weeks and there is no negotiation. Interview was ended. The first contact with any candidate is the interviewer. Might want to show some enthusiasm; sell the company and role. Also think outside the box if you want to attract and retain great talent.

Interview
Phone interview was 15 minutes to find out how much enthusiasm you you have, overview of your experience. you are also asked why or how you got into the role, salary requirement, which I avoided, but still got to interview again. I then was called back to meet the Director. I made the cut for a panel interview then got hired a week later.
