Very friendly, welcoming, and pretty easy. Just be yourself. The staff is one big family and super friendly. The interview process required 2 days. The second interview the staff got to ask questions.

Interview
The interview process was a great one! I met with the HR Coordinator and the two directors of the department to whom I would be reporting. There was a review of a poorly written letter and I was asked to make corrections to it. I found that being myself was more than enough and that they were genuinely interested in me as a person in addition to my skills. Don't be afraid to show your personality!
