Expectations explained as well as possible as the role was evolving.
I heard back within 5-7 days from the program supervisor with decision.

Interview
The interview process was very laid back. They allowed me to read the interview questions before the interview commenced. Very understanding about family needs and scheduling. Interview took about 25-30 minutes; some of which was just casual conversation. One of my easiest interviews.
