I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Partners for the Common Good (Washington, DC) in Mar 2023
Interview
This interview process was stretched out over a long period. There was an especially long gap after the panel interview (only interview) and hearing anything back from them - in my case, a rejection. This period of waiting was 7 1/2 weeks - nearly two months! I hardly think it was for the "common good" (at least it wasn't for my side) that nobody could bother to follow up for a long time, especially since there were three people in this panel interview, including the CEO. I would have thought one of them could take 30 seconds to provide an update instead of waiting almost 2 long months to say anything at all to a job candidate. This reflects very badly on them, and it's just as well. If they can't bother to keep in touch in a reasonable amount of time with job candidates, it's not a place I'd want to work because they can't even handle common courtesies toward these people who interact with the organization. I worry that they may treat actual employees just as badly or maybe even worse.

Question 1
One of the questions I was asked is how I would gather information as background for a rebranding process that they are going through or are about to embark upon.
