Initial phone interview followed up with an in person interview on the casino premises. This interview was very relaxed and I'd advise anyone thinking of applying to not be put off by the thought of an interview.
Easy pretty much, nothing very tricky or too crazy. Questions like every other company. Mathematic, cards, gamble, entertainment. Serving, ability to remember and do quick math without pen and paper

The interview wasn't very long but professional, first one was over the phone (so brief), second interview lasted for 20 minutes maximum. Over all it was easy and pleasant one.
